5. Third-party services

The web app supports sign-in via Google and Apple. When you choose one of these options your browser communicates directly with the respective provider, which may collect information under its own privacy policy. We only receive the account identifier and email address returned by the provider.

The native iOS and Android apps do not integrate with any third-party service. There is no analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDK in the native apps.

Web account and cohort data is stored on a server protected by industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. We retain your data for as long as your account exists. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us (see section 8).

7. Children's privacy

While Shufflr is designed to be used by teachers and facilitators to organise groups of people (which may include minors), the app itself is intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child's data has been submitted to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
